Call groups are a powerful feature of DialMyCalls, which allow you to keep all your contacts in individual groups. This way, when you want to place calls, you can call an entire group quickly, rather than selecting individual contacts.

Displaying Specific Call Groups:
On the My Contacts page there is a drop down in the top left corner of the page. If you have groups created with contacts in them, you can pick that specific group from the drop down and it will display only the contacts in that call group. By default, the system will always show all your contacts no matter what call groups they belong to.
Creating / Editing / Deleting Call Groups:
Under the drop down menu on the top left of this page, there is a link that says "manage call groups". That link will allow you to create groups, edit the names of existing groups, or delete them all together. You can also create call groups when you add new contacts into the system.
Adding A Specific Contact To A Call Group:
To add an existing contact to a call group, you simply need to check the box for that contact on the main My Contacts page. Once you have check the contact or contacts you wish to add, click the "Add Selected To Group". From there, a pop up will appear and allow you to select the group you wish to add those contacts to. You will also be able to create a brand new group to add them to.
Removing A Contact From A Call Group:
If you'd like to remove a contact from a call group but still leave them in your contacts system, you need to click the edit pencil for the contact you wish to remove. When you click this button, a window will pop up that lists the groups that user is associated with. From there, click the remove link next to the group(s) you would like to remove them from.
