Good afternoon this is an important call from North Florida Community Water Systems. Currently our call center is experiencing an issue, we are aware that there is a water break within the Sunny Hills Community at this time and crews are enroute to make repairs. If you experience no water or low pressure today you are under a precautionary boil water notice and it is recommended that any water used for consumption be brought to a rolling boil prior to using. We believe this is only affecting the southern areas and those areas the north should not be affected but in the event pressure is lost we are sending this call to all residents of Sunny Hills. A rescission will be sent out when bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory. You can check our website mywaterservice.com for updates.
