Add contacts to your brand new account individually, by uploading an Excel file or by copying and pasting a list of phone numbers directly into the quick add dialog box.
Create a personalized recording to send out to your contacts. Recordings can be created by using your own voice over the phone, uploading a sound file or by utilizing our text-to-speech tool.
Select "Create Call Broadcast" and if you'd like to add any of our advance features you can, otherwise hit next.
Select the recording that you would like to send out to your contacts.
Individually select contacts, add contact groups or add every contact in your account to the current call broadcast.
Members have the ability to email their voice broadcast to contacts as well as send the message to their own number - these options are completely free and do not require any additional credits. The Caller ID Display will be what your recipients see on their phone when the call goes out. Our Answering Machine Detection is turned on be default and we recommend leaving that on - this allows our system to determine whether or not a live person has answered the phone or an answering machine and leaves the message accordingly. The last option is the choice to send the call out immediately or at a later date and time.
The confirmation page will allow you to look over your broadcast to make sure all of the details are correct. If everything looks good then you can go ahead and click on "Send Broadcast Now" to send the call out to your contacts.
