We’ve improved the Text Template builder to make creating messages quicker and easier. You can now use AI to help write messages, add emojis or media, shorten links, and save templates with just one click.
Templates also now include built-in polling options, so you can easily create interactive messages with multiple-choice, number ranges, or yes/no questions – all in one place.
