Step One - Navigate To Contacts
Once logged into your DialMyCalls account, click on the "Contacts" tab to begin.
Step Two - Contact Groups
Click on the "Groups" tab to create and manage contact groups - groups will help keep all contacts organized in your account. *There is no limit to the amount of contact groups allowed per account.
Step Three - Manually Add Contact(s)
From the "Contacts" tab click on "Manually Add" to add individual contacts to your account. You will be prompted with a pop-up that will ask for the contact's information. Please note that the only REQUIRED information is the 10-digit phone number.
Step Four - Quick Add Contact(s)
The "Quick Add" option allows you to copy/paste a list of 10-digit phone numbers into your account - this can be used if you are emailed over a list of phone numbers. Please keep in mind that when using the "Quick Add" option, only phone numbers can be added.
Step Five - Upload List
If you are dealing with a big list of contacts then you will want to use our "Upload List" option. Quickly upload an Excel file (.CSV, .XLS, .XLSX) into your account - when uploading you can set the first name, last name, email address and phone number. *The only required information is a 10-digit phone number for each contact in your file.
