Step One - Account Information
Once logged into your account, navigate to the "My Account" icon in the top-right corner and then click on "Account Information".
Step Two - Access Settings
Click "Access" on the left navigation menu to bring up the settings pane for your "Access Accounts".
Step Three - Permission Groups
Click on the "Permission Groups" tab to view the default permission groups for your Access Accounts. From here you can create new groups and set custom permissions.
Step Four - Add New Access User Accounts
Click on the "Users" tab and then "Add A New Account" to add multiple users to your DialMyCalls account. During this process you will select the "Permission Groups" that each user will belong to - this allows you to control access to certain features for each account you add.
