Video Tutorial: Contacts Overview

Login to your account and click on the "Contacts" tab.
Click on "Add People" if you'd like to add contacts to your account individually. In the dialog box that appears you will be able to add the following contact information: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email, and Miscellaneous - the only required information is a 10-digit phone number. Once all of the information is entered, click on "Save and Close" and your contact will be added to your account.
Select an individual contact from your list and click on "Add Selected To Group" to add that contact to a new group or an existing group.
Utilize the alphabet or search box on the "Contacts" tab to quickly find contacts in your account.
Click on "Create Groups" and you can now create as many groups as you would like to help organize your contacts.
