Step One - Integrations

From your DialMyCalls dashboard, click on the "My Account" icon in the top-right corner and then click on "Integrations" from the drop-down menu.

Step Two - API Key

Under "Internal Services" you will see "API" - click on "Update" to view the API Key for your account. You will need this API key to integrate DialMyCalls with your existing software or to develop your own integration.

Step Three - API Documentation

While viewing your API Key you will see a link to view our "API Documentation" - click the link to get started with your DialMyCalls integration.

Step Four - API Technical Support

Our developers are here to answer any technical questions you have - please direct any API questions to api@ontimetelecom.com and one of our developers will respond as soon as possible. *DialMyCalls does not develop custom integrations for you, you will need to use our API Documentation and hire a developer to integrate our service with your existing/new software.
