Video Tutorial: Create A Recording Using A Phone
The most popular way our users create their recordings is over the phone. Our phone tool lets you create your own voice recordings in seconds using any
kind of touch tone phone. This tutorial gives an example of using the phone option to create your recording.

Enter A Title Of the Recording:
This should be something that helps you remember what the purpose of the recording. Once you create a recording, it will be saved in your account fur future use until you decide
to delete it. By naming it something recognizeable, you can find it again easily if you wan't to use it for future calls.

Select Voice Gender:
Select the gender of the person who will be recording the greeting. This option is mainly for the text-to-speech tool, but we recommend setting on the other options as well to
help you organize your greetings.

Select The "Using A Touchtone Phone" Option:
Once you select that option, a place will appear for you to enter a phone number. This should be a phone number of a nearby phone that isn't connected to the internet. As soon as
you hit the "Call Me" button our system will trigger a call to that number. Answer the phone and follow the automated prompts. Once you are satisfied with your recording, hang up
the phone and watch the call status box. When it says "Recording Successful", click the button and your greeting will be added to your control panel.
